Roasted Potatoes with Dijon mustard….Need I say more?
How To Make Dijon Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Rosemary (the spice not the girl)
- 1/2 pound of potatoes, cut in wedges or chunks
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl mix the mustard, olive oil, salt, and rosemary together
- The toss the potatoes in with the mustard mixture until thoroughly coated
- Bake in pre-heated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.
- Toss the potatoes around, then bake for another 20 minutes
