How To Make Roasted Yams
Ingredients
- 1 pound of yams, cut them width wise into 1 inch thick pieces
- 2 cups of baby corn cobs, halved
- 1 1/2 cups wax beans, halved
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon fresh savory, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh tarragon, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine oil, garlic, savory, and tarragon.
- In a non-stick pan, add the yams, baby corn cobs, and wax beans. Coat well with the oil mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the yams are soft and browned.
- Serve hot
