How To Make Oven Roasted New Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 pound of new potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 1/2 cups of cucumber, thickly sliced
- 1 cup of horseradish cream
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a large bowl, combine the cilantro, oil, parsley, and garlic.
- Into the mixture stir in the potato cubes, horseradish, and cucumbers.
- Make sure that the potatoes get evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in a roasting pan or non-stick baking sheet.
- Roast the potatoes for one hour or until done.
