I'm not sure that I have ever lived anywhere that sweet potatoes were in short supply. I don't know if you ever had sweet potato biscuits but they sure are good. I'm working on posting a few more recipes for them. Just about everybody has a favorite way of making their sweet potato biscuits recipe. Believe it or not there are actually people who make sweet potato dog biscuits. I guess every dog really does have its day. Hmmm not sure about the biscuits for cats. Especially fat o'l cats!!! Of course if you can't find sweet potatoes are the local grocery store you could always try to order up some sweet potato flour online and go from there.
