Red Skin Baked Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 pounds of Red Potatoes
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces of Ranch Dressing
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 lb of butter
- 1 cup of water
- 1 pack of dry onion soup mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Scrub the Red Potatoes Clean
- Leave the skins on the potatoes and cut into one inch cubes
- Place the cubed Red Potatoes into a baking dish
- Add the butter, dry soup, and water
- Make sure the potatoes get coated well with this mixture when placed in the dish
- Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350F
- Remove from the oven and let the potatoes cool
- Now combine 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, ranch dressing, mustard, chopped red bell pepper in a large bowl
