Ive tried the Oxo good grips model and it really is my favourite. Unfortunately though I work in a kitchen and we need a commerical or heavy duty model, which I can't seem to find in a good grips model. Does anyone have a solution for this?

We used to have one many a moon ago when I was young and it was a bit of a bugger to use. These modern day ones should be easier than the old fashioned ones. We tend to just whip the potatoes with a mixer just until fluffy. Old habits are hard to break.
