Baked Microwave Sweet Potatoes

Baking a Sweet Potato in the Microwave is pretty simple.  It sure is a lot faster than baking a sweet potato in the oven.  The microwave has make cooking a baked sweet potato fast, easy, simple and quick.

How To Make Baked Sweet Potato in the Microwave

• Wash the Sweet Potatoes.  Leave the skins on.
• Pierce each Sweet Potato with a fork.  Four times should do the job.  If you don’t follow this step the Sweet Potato might explode in the microwave.
• Place the sweet potatoes on a sheet of paper towels about 1 inch apart on the shelf of the microwave.
• You are going to wan to turn the sweet potatoes over at least once during the cooking cycle.  Probably half way through is best.
• Cook on high
