See, I was taught incorrectly to wrap them in foil first plus we had these potato spikes that were long aluminum nails that you put through the potato so it supposedly cooked faster. Now I know the right way to make my baked potatoes, thanks!

I did not have one in years.
I use to buy them from a vender at the phoneix park horse races a few years back and loved them.
However made them today and yes they where as good as the ones I remeber back at the races.
Hope we dont get another patato famine any time soon.
