When I think of Portuguese Recipes and Portuguese Cooking, wait a minute, I really never have given any thought to Portuguese Recipes or Portuguese Cooking. Well that is an oversight that I have now corrected. I found a wonderful Portuguese Recipe site called, “Gil’s Portuguese Recipes.”
It seems that Portuguese Recipes and Portuguese Cooking have been around for centuries. Portuguese food combines flavors, spices, and techniques of many other cultures. Portuguese dishes has a lot in common with cuisine from other Mediterranean countries.
On Gil’s Portuguese Recipe site you will find mostly Portuguese Recipes. But Gil also includes some non-Portuguese recipes that he feels are good enough for him to recommend.
