I found a really great food (recipe) site that I think is worth of mention.  It is called Mr Chef’s Cookbooks.  Michael wrote me an email to let me know the site has gone live.  I went over and checked it out and boy was I impressed!

This food and recipe site has five main sections.  Each section is broken down into sub-catagories that expand the main theme.  I am sure you will find something in each section that you will enjoy.

  • Cookbooks
  • Featured Recipes
  • Featured Sites
  • Specials
  • Tips & Tricks

Cookbooks:  This site isn’t called Mr Chef’s Cookbooks for no reason.  I couldn’t believe that immense selection of cookbooks that are listed on this site.  There is one to satisfy anybody’s taste.  Here is just a sampling of some of the main categories of cookbooks:

  • American & Americana Cookbooks
  • Asian Cookbooks
  • Baking-Pastries-Desserts Cookbooks
  • Diet & Health Cookbooks
  • Entertaining Cookbooks
  • French Cookbooks
  • International Cookbooks
  • Kosher Cookbooks
  • Light & Healthy Cookbooks
  • Mexican Cookbooks
  • Microwave Cookbooks
  • Seafood Cookbooks

And the list of valuable cookbook resources goes on and on.  I’m telling you it is well worth checking out.

Now the site moves on to “Featured Recipes” where  you will find every type of recipe you can possibly imagine.  There is a recipe for rattle snake and there is a recipe for Jamaican Chicken.  There are recipes for just about everything….Including one from a “great” potato recipe site that I just love!!!

Under the Tips & Tricks section are special deals and links to some fine sites that will give you recipes to some special dishes.  I especially like the Alfredo Sauce recipe from Chef Todd Mohr.

What a wonderful food & recipe site.  When you get a free minute you should really check it out.  I promise you won’t be disappointed.
