Roasted Potatoes For Half Hour Meals

Roasted Potatoes is a favorite side dish that everybody enjoys.  You don’t have to be a chef or have attended a cooking school in order to make this delicious recipe. 

When making roasted potatoes make sure that you use a non-stick spray.  The potatoes do have a tendency to stick without the spray being used.

This side dish makes an excellent addition for any dinner or lunch recipe that you are cooking up in the kitchen.

How To Make Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 pounds of potatoes, cut in half or fourths
  • Salt & Pepper for taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray
  3. Stir together the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion, and salt & pepper in a large bowl.  Add potatoes.  Toss well until coated.
  4. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown.
