A hamburger corn casserole is the epitome of comfort food.  If your not a vegetarian or a vegan than most likely you like or love hamburgers.  I know that I do.

Potatoes are the most eaten vegetable in the United States, corn is not far behind.  When you cook up a hamburger bake or a hamburger pie you will end up with a dish that has been popular ever since the Pilgrims hit our shores.

One good thing about eating a hamburger casserole rather than a burger on a bun is that the bun is normally not very good for you.  Pretty inventive on how we can make hamburger into a health food.
