How To Make Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

2tablespoons of vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick (Potato Chef Hint: Do yourself a favor: Go down to Wal-Mart or the Dollar store and buy one of those infomercial type slicers. You know the one that they show slicing tomatoes paper thin. They really work and make your job just so much easier. The real key to getting potato slices to cook evenly is to get the potato sliced with an even thickness. It is very hard to do it with a knife, but easy to do it with a slicer. It will cost you $15 or less.)

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
